Great Workers, Poor Professionalism
I wrote it on yelp, it was a very bad experience except the workers were good. It was the office I had problems because I just feel like I was cheated by 1 hour that they wont reimburse us for. The movers showed up three hours late but no one told me what was going on. That was the only problem with them.

So Thankful For Chester County!
I have to commend these guys I booked a move with them on very short notice (shame on me), I called the office at about 12pm on a Monday so I could move on that Tuesday morning, the young lady told me not to worry and she even stayed late to wait for my paperwork to make sure that my move got confirmed. I had a nice size move with some large heavy pieces. The crew handled my furniture with care, they didn't rush but got everything loaded and unloaded without incurring any additional charges. I'm very grateful that they could come out on such short notice. Thanks Chester County!

They were meant to come 2-2:30, and they came at 5. Then they were so tired they couldn't finish the job.

Not the greatest, but they were ...
It wasn't the greatest experience. They accidentally backed into my car when they were leaving the premises, so it wasn't like a perfect move. They were very professional though.

They're the worst moving company on ...
I have never seen such a disastrous company in my life. I would not recommend them to anybody ... They are horrible. ...They're not professional, they don't have professional movers. They get people off the street and they have never moved furniture before ... They broke all my furniture ... It's just a mess.

It was okay, the movers were good but ...
It was an okay moving experience. We ended up doing a lot of the packing and boxing ourselves and then the reassembly was kind of incomplete because they charge you by the hour. So, that was my only complaint is that at the end they just didn't reassemble things. Otherwise, they are professional, kind and did not damage any of our property or anything like that.

It was OK, but it took too long.
It was OK, but they took things they should have left, and left things they should have took. They didn't listen to my instructions and it kind of annoyed me because it took 14 hours. They blamed some of tha ton me, but I told them to leave certain things and they brought them. ... Other than that it was fine, it just took too long.

Very slow.
It was OK, they were very slow. It wasn't that big of a move and they were very slow. They charged me the whole thing and it wasn't that big of a move. So I wasn't thrilled with it.

Movers cancelled and I had to find ...
September 13th was a rainy day so it was moved to the 14th before we even scheduled everything and everything was worked out. On the 14th these guys didn't show up and everything was packed, we were ready to go. I have small kids and a small baby and they didn't show. Their supervisor called and said they are having issues with the truck and he will update me. I tried calling him more than 50 times. He never picked up my calls. He never updated me. At 3:00 in the daytime their supervisor (someone from their center) called and said, "We cannot do the move today, but we can do it the next day or the following, we have to reschedule it." And I said, listen, "I don't have anything because my kids and everything and my kitchen is packed, everything is packed, I cannot do anything, you guys should arrange it" and they said, "No, we cannot do anything." So I had to go out and look for another mover, rent another truck by myself to make this move happen. We ended up here pretty late at 1:00 at night.
