The people who handle the pick up are actually pleasant and appear to want to do a good job. That will be the end of the positives they offer. They are poor at estimates and refuse to do any sort of confirmation before hand and just go off of what is said on the phone based on a generic questionnaire. They do no call to confirm times and merely call minutes before they arrive. They add on service fees based on payment method after they have placed your merchandise in the truck. The person who handles the call and the owners are rude and appear to only know how to use the word no. Still waiting on delivery almost 2 months later. It took revoking payment to get them to even start to transport the goods and they are now attempting to use that to extort specific untraceable payment methods. Attempting to pay in good faith is not enough even with evidence and their business practices seem more akin to a fly by night, we thought we could do this operation than anything remotely professional. We ended up with them through a broker. If you hear the name coast to coast and they are from NJ I recommend cancelling any and all contracts. Read more
