What an easy and painless process! The morning started by both packers, Jeff and Leah, introducing themselves to me and then to my son who is Autistic. Their patience and understanding toward my son throughout the day was amazing. They answered every question he had and explained everything to him no matter how many times he asked. They were polite, moved quickly, and kept us well informed during the day about their progress. They took special care of every item they packed in my home and cleaned up after themselves before they left.
