Don’t Do it!!

This was such a disaster. The truck couldn’t hold all of my belongings after I was lead to believe there would be no problem. They just left my belongings. I was not even notified until they unloaded the truck at my current location. I was also lead to believe it was just a few things.... wrong... it was a lot of things. They broke 3 of the tables they managed to get into the truck. Their truck broke down so they were a day late getting here, one of the workers was throwing up the entire time they were here. They offered to deduct 2 hours of time due to the illness and then 5 hours for the damaged property..... did nothing about what they left behind..... mind you, one of my broken tables was just left in the driveway . To add insult to injury, they are threatening litigation because I left a bad review..... I have reached out to several other people that have had bad experiences and it seems like this is SOP.... buyer beware!! I hired Come And Take It Moving for our move. During the move, highly qualified movers arrived at exact time. They were fast, respectful, very honest and transparent about cost and most of all the moving team was very professional. There were no damages on my furniture and they never left my home messed up. Happy with everything

I am truly pleasantly surprised with the services rendered by Come And Take It Moving. Not with standing that they ensured that we had a smooth sail in our move, they did not stop there. They went as far as helping us to put our home in order when we arrived. They moved the furniture until we were satisfied. This is perhaps the first move I have had without any breakage. Being a regular mover, I have come across bunch of moving companies but each time, they would break my stuff and simply apologize but these movers truly showed me that they are different from others. First Experience With Professional ...

Come and Take It Movers were exceptional. We've always been "Do It Yourselfers", but this project included moving household furnishings as well as 2 classrooms from Lubbock to Austin. We needed some help and we got it from this company. I would highly recommend them to you. They were courteous, professional, and basically fun to work with. They stayed within their estimate for the work and were very customer oriented. We had to put everything in storage and my plans are to use them again when finally find a home.
