The moving itself was OK.

There was problem with the credit card...they took two deposits and didn't tell me about it. So I discovered it on my credit card statement. Then I had a hard time reaching them to discuss it. They weren't making good use of the time and they were just spending time standing idle and only one was working. They broke one of my lamps, but other than that it was fine. It was wonderful. They were on time, in fact they were a few minutes early. They were well prepared, they were very polite, extremely efficient, took complete care of the furniture. I had a good experience, nothing was ...

They did a great job. The only thing I guess took me off guard is you know, at the end of the thing, you know, they made it, the movers made it pretty obvious that you know, pretty much asked for a tip. So, I was gonna give one anyway, but I didn't think they were gonna be that forward with it ... They wrapped everything up nice and neat so that was a good thing. Read more

I had one small problem with breakage.

They arrived on time, they made sure that my stuff got loaded, but one problem occurred. They broke a piece to my furniture, but then I got, I chose to settle out for a discount instead of using their insurance and trying to go through that whole process, getting reimbursed and trying to find a receipt and all of that. So that was just one thing I thought they would have been better prepared to handle. But they were, you know, pretty nice, pretty professional other than that one problem. Read more

They charged me $150 for moving ...

They did some of the stuff they said they were going to do but then they overcharged me $150. Other than the overcharging the job got done. According to them, the pricing was OK. I'm through with it. I paid it, I'm through with it. They were decent. The only complaint I had was the extra charges that they labelled on there. They charged me $150 for moving materials--and that consists of tape and shrink wrap. I thought that $150 was excessive. Everything else was acceptable and expected. They didn't damage anything and they put everything where we told them to put it. Read more

They didn't even ding my walls moving ...

They were a company I would never want ...

They took a long time, they got lost on the way. It's not hard to find. They were late. The first movers that were supposed to come never showed up. They called me at the time that they were supposed to be at my house already to tell me that one of the movers didn't show so they don't have a crew for us right now. I started calling different companies, and they called me back, because I already gave them a deposit. They called me back after an hour and said they found a crew that can do the move the same day. The whole move was about four hours late. When I wanted to cancel with them because they didn't hold up to the agreement, they said they cannot refund me the deposit. A few things are in bad shape after ...

They broke a couple of things, like my dining table got broken, my dresser was scratched and there were two or three things in bad shape after the move, so that was the really bad part. Other than that, I don't really know what else to say. I would not recommend them. Read more

They showed up on time, replaced a ...

They called me back about maybe two to three weeks ago, I just haven't had the time and I don't want to rent a vehicle to pick up the TV. But besides that, the guys were good they were on time and unfortunately the TV got damaged through the process, but they're coming through with it and I like the response even though it took three weeks to get a new TV, but it's sitting at their office and I have to call them I just haven't had the time to call them to see if they can drop it off, right now I have too much going on, but besides that they replaced it. There were three guys who were very prompt. They came and did the work very quickly. We wanted some help with packing as well, but they were not that good with packing. On the whole they did a good job. They did the assembling ad disassembling of some of my furniture and that was done very well. Read more

They cheated me

It was okay, but they cheated me. They raised the price on me almost $70 after they got there. The mover men were nice but they raised the price $70, so I wasn't prepared to pay them what they asked for, the remaining amount in cash. When I called the company the next day to ask them why I was overcharged, she said she was gonna get in contact with the men who helped me move and call me back and I never heard back from the lady. Happy with what they did

They did the job, they did it quickly and they didn't mark any walls. The only issue I had was that they quoted me for three people - three movers. When they got to my house, they had a fourth mover with them. They said that if I have the fourth mover, they would charge me more but it would be done faster - but that isn't exactly how it was quoted. I got a quote that it would be $95 an hour. When they came to my house they said because we have a fourth mover it will cost you $120 an hour. It was the only thing that kind of took me by surprise, but then they have done a good job. I would rather they just made it clear beforehand. They were fantastic, but they weren't quite clear on the pricing. The quote was a little bit different than what I had. The staff and crew members very friendly, very courteous and very careful and professional. I am very happy and I would just give them an A+ ,10 out of 10. I highly highly recommend them. The movers were excellent as they took only four hours to complete the move when they gave an estimate of six hours, which was fantastic. They were fast and efficient in doing the move. Good service but a bit pricey

The movers were punctual up to the minute. They were dressed in casuals but were professional at their job. Initially it was supposed to be a three-hour job but took six hours to complete. It seems I had more stuff than I originally thought. I liked the way they worked at both ends of the move. The pricing was reasonable but due to extended hours I had to pay more. Read more
