Two pieces were larger and needed to be taken apart and reassembled when they arrived in New Jersey. I got a great price immediately from Nick and he was able to send two men only a few days later. They wrapped everything and delivered on time and in perfect condition. The pickup was on time and without issue. The men were polite and careful while moving the items into my house. Our friends recommended them to us and they were so right. This team was amazing. They got all our furniture wrapped and ready to move in no time. They took care when they took apart our bed frames etc and carefully labeled all the parts. This was particularly important because our new home wasn’t completely finished when we moved in and we had to ensemble some pieces later. They were flexible and so easy to work with. My experience with Cross Country Movers was nothing short of spectacular. We were moving over 2800 miles from CA to the East coast and I shopped around a lot to get several quotes. Cross Country Movers wasn’t the cheapest quote but I think that, had I gone with a different company, I would have faced excess charges at some point down the line… In my opinion ,Cross Country Movers gave me a carefully and thoroughly assessed quote and saved me money in the long-run. This experience was amazing. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help moving. I am a single older woman. Reached out to several companies that were more concerned with their bottom line. I needed help with furniture that would take less than two hours. The guys arrived showed respect and LISTENED to what I needed and did it. At the end I was able to breath.
