This experience was amazing. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help moving. I am a single older woman. Reached out to several companies that were more concerned with their bottom line. I needed help with furniture that would take less than two hours. The guys arrived showed respect and LISTENED to what I needed and did it. At the end I was able to breath. The next day I called them again and they came happily and saved me a week moving the rest of my boxes. And I was on the road the next day. I highly recommend these guys. The best experience ever. It was a small one but third floor with no elevator made it a doozy and Tyrik and Michael handled everything with no complaints. They were even able to get it all done below my quoted time. They did a great job packing everything up and nothing was damaged during the move. I asked if we could keep the wrapping on one of the items I planned to keep in storage and we were able to for a small and reasonable fee. I was incredibly worried about this move. The email and setup process with Cross Country Movers was unnecessarily confusing and a little archaic. I received last-minute emails requesting random things the day before my move—photos of my driver’s license and credit card, and an additional deposit—all of which I refused to do. At this point I was convinced I had been scammed out of my original deposit. I started frantically reading more reviews and was terrified. I couldn’t sleep at all.
