Moving Victims in Bend!
Our local relocation by Cross Town Movers (Bekins agent - Bend, OR) was NOT a good experience. Employees’ conversion of our personal valuables for their own use violated our trust and resulted in an “aggravated theft in the first-degree” investigation. A second victim’s loss (same moving crew) led police to suspect two brothers on the crew – one with an outstanding warrant for theft. All employees of moving companies are required to have criminal background checks. Cross Town Movers’ regional management delegates that responsibility to local offices. Someone obviously dropped the ball! And their accountability for our loss – a direct result of hiring negligence – added insult to injury: a $6.00 “settlement” check (voided

Amazing Service
Cross Town Movers in Salem, OR did an amazing job. They got us on the schedule quickly and got us moved into our new home. The job was way bigger than we had anticipated, but the crew was nothing but fantastic. Leo, Dylan, Anthony, Krys, and Dante were very professional, courteous, extremely hardworking, amazingly flexible and enjoyable to work with. I have moved many many times over the years and have never had such great service. I am so glad I found them and would highly recommend them.

The crosstown moving crew that we got do an awesome job for us they came out and bid our move in person not over the phone and there man was not only the salesman but also the man running the truck what he promise was what we got and then some was a pleasure having them move us and will refer them to all we know ty again guys
