have to give a 1 star rating or they will not post this .,.. soooooooo NO rating IF I could give a minus i would!!! Worst moving company EVER .. Biggest mistake I ever made was getting this company to move us from Georgia to Louisiana. Quote one price on phone after getting a detailed inventory list from but then, of course, it changes when the arrive 6 hours late because I have more items than told [price doubled]. Furniture arrived next day in Louisiana .. late again BUT they started unloading and then stopped because I hadnt paid to final payment. ****first 4 items they unloaded were DAMAGED !!! *** Owner told me to pay ... Told him I would not pay until i saw my all my items to see how much more was damaged.. so they loaded back up and left until I would pay final payment ... Paid final payment .. they came back late the next day and unloaded the furniture. EVERY piece was damaged in some way.. 2 antique pieces were completely destroyed .... Master bedroom set .. headboard, footboard, railings, 2 dressers and 2 night stands ALL damaged beyond repairable [all off this heavy solid wood]. EVERY piece they unloaded .. DAMAGED or DESTROYED !!!! .. the only items that were not damaged were all the items we had boxed up ourselves [all the supposedly breakable items]. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY ... IF YOU CHERISH YOUR FURNITURE- DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE IT. THEY DON'T CARE !!!!! OWNERS WE NOT CALL YOU BACK .. Filed a claim for all the damages... it was even noted by the guys unloading the truck. after 3 months of them looking into. They wanted to settle for $76.00 .... $76.00 ********* you have to be kidding me ... it will cost us $4000 to replace all what was damaged or destroyed.... called for owner to find out why .. but of course, does not call back ... REPEAT --- DO NOT USE D Read more

Delivery

Items picked up on April, 16, 2018. Movers were 8 hours late. Had to make full payment. Told items were to be delivered within 10 - 15 days. After several calls, promises and flat out lies my goods was delivered on July 23, 2018. . Driver arrived alone and my son had to help unload. Had missing items and damage. Was told I would be compensated as of this date - nothing. Missing items were located and I was told they would be in route within a few days. Still no word 6 days later. Read more

Awesome Movers!

They shrunk-wrapped our furniture, gave us boxes and wrapping tape and made our moving experience much less painful. On top of that, they were very reasonably priced. I plan to use them again when we have to do this in one year. Not looking forward to it but at least these guys will make it bearable. Read more
