WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER IN THE WORLD

Well, beyond the pervert who came and put his paws all over me in a tiny town where I sold my grandparents house, I had to pay him almost double to take my things. Asking me over and over to go out with him while my mother lied inside the house dying, I had this pig taking every advantage of me that he could. His name is BOB. It was disgusting and I was under the gun. These people lied to me and had my things on a truck for over a MONTH. They also lost things and broke things of considerable expense. Horrible experience

Horrible. Single-handedly the worst experience of my life. I would rather put gasoline in my eye, set it on fire, and poke it with needles than ever have to do business with them again. That is how bad it was. They price changed. They under-quoted. Then on the day of the move they came in and it was more than double the amount they originally quoted. They did the whole heavy pressure, "well, we'll just leave here today while all of our boxes are on the curb side." My parents were senior citizens and we tried to move them from one state to another - enough stress, I could go on and on. Unprofessional, non-responsive - they tried to high-pressure me to drop the move to drop the load two days prior to what we originally agreed upon, to what was in the contract. They kept dancing along lines - we got to get the truck back in service, we can't leave it on the truck, etc.. We need to drop it on Monday not Wednesday like it was in the contract. I could go on and on and on. I just haven't had enough time to write up the complaint to the Better Business Bureau yet but you will be more than welcome to do that for me. Read more

Terrible experience

It was terrible. First of all when I called to get an estimate, they told me it was going to go by weight. When the guy come out he told me that is not right because by cubic yards the price was $2,000 different. And when the stuff finally got here, my moving island, rolling island whatever you want to call it -- it is a island we use on wheels -- the leg was busted off of it. I got ripped furniture, a bunch of stuff was damaged. When I looked through my paperwork to call for the insurance, I cannot find any number anywhere. It was not a good experience. The guys loading everything... the guy who was in charge kept showing me different paperwork and kept wanting me to change it - said we can go by weight. And then he showed me a paragraph in there where you sign. He tells me "I can get $600 more from you before I can even get this to your doorstep." It was a very very bad experience. AWSOME JOB

I dont always take time out to compliment a company but this company went above and beyond the call of duty. They should up on the date I requested and delivery only took 4 Days from Arizona To Florida all the other moving companies were telling me 10-14 business days. I was quoted $3400 but since I took off a few boxes on the day of the move my quote went down by more than $200.00 I more than Recommend this company, I will use them again and again Read more

Great job

It was okay. They did a professional job. First of all they got here on time. I thought it was rather quickly done. So I was very pleased. They wrapped and took care of everything that needed to be done. Price was reasonable. Yes I did receive all the services that I requested. Everything was fine. They did what they are supposed to do. Everything seems to be fine. It wasn't above anyone else. It wasn't below anyone else. It was pretty average. They did a great job. They got it done on time. Read more
