We had a horrible experience with this movers. They never keep their words. Made all promises before booking but after that they not only missed all their commitments, they were not even answering calls. They asked for additional money when shipment did not arrive on time, never gave a tracking number, never provided any evidence of shipping and kept pushing back the dates. Almost 8 weeks later they have still not delivered the shipment! We may have to consider that they have lost it will have to claim the insurance after waiting for couple more weeks. Read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a total scam. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the department of transportation. They doubled their initial quote and pushed back our moving day until it was the final day in our house, so we had no opportunity to find another company. They tripled their storage fees with no warning. Once we finally got our things we were missing thousands of dollars worth of items and even more was broken. We also somehow ended up with someone else's BBQ and boxes. Moving across country is stressful enough, but this company made it a total nightmare and their employees are extremely rude and not helpful. Read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY

This company is horrible, they lie to you constantly. The people working for the company say they will call you back and never do, and then the line is unable to accept calls. I was promised delivery in a couple of weeks and it took me 46 days to get my stuff minus a stool. The office people then told me to look at the contract and they have 21 days to deliver, and went past that point they said they had 30 days and they were supposed to credit back $30 a day. There is no way I am going to see any of my refund as again I can't get a hold these people. The lack of customer service and lying should warrant an investigation by the government to see if they are ripping people off in their business practices. Finally DON'T USE this company, you would be better off sending your boxed stuff through UPS or Fed-EX, it will get there sooner and cost you less headache and probably less money. Read more

ILLEGAL MOVING CO, FRAUD, AND SCAM

DO not use this company - per the CA Bureau of Household Goods and Services, they are illegally operating on California highways as a moving company. They just lost a small claims case on 5/14/21 and now there is a judgement against them for $9000. In addition to their violation, they are a fraud and scam. Do not believe any good review on them, they are staged, posted by fake profiles or they are paying people to write good reviews. Read more
