They were very good. they came out, looked at what I needed to move; they were the only ones that actually did that. The other ones just gave me an estimate over the phone which was quite a bit higher. They showed up on time, they moved everything with care and it was very good, nothing was damaged or broken. They put everything in the house and it was fine. they did not change the pricing, in fact, they took a couple extra pieces that weren't part of the original estimate and they kept the same price. I did expect to pay more because I added a couple items but they were fine.

Very responsive, but I wish I had ...
They were very responsive, very nice to work with. Unfortunately, this is where I had an issue because I didn't understand. They decided it was best to send it via freight. So I didn't realize that everything that was really delicate should have been packed by me, not them. I thought they were going to do intensive packing, instead because it went via freight things were not packed in boxes as delicately and thoroughly as they could have been and had I known I would have packed them myself. But they did wrap the furniture really well.

Company is terrible. They sound like a great price but then things change in the end. Damaged items and paid VERY little because of their terrible insurance coverage. Absolute would NOT recommend under any circumstances.

The guys were conscientious with protecting my furniture, so that was very good. The staff and crew was on-time and they behaved professionally. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Their price was better than most companies, though they took a little longer than I was told it would take -- but there was a lot to do.
