Unprofessional Company

This company loaded my 3 bedroom 1bath home on May 17,2025. They dumped ALL my belongings at a community dumpster May 18,2025 in Va. I have lost clothes,shoes,my son basketball trophies,purses,furniture,mattresses,my two children belongings,TVs,printers and sooo much more! I explained to them how a family member was paying for the move and kept in communication with them. After awhile I could not reached that family member sue to unknown reasons and I explained that. Mind you I have been in communication with them. June 14,2025 I received an unknown message from a person on Facebook stating she has some of my cards that was found in some clothing she believe to be mines. Well after her sending pictures I confirmed that the items were mines. This company got rid of my things the very next day after telling me 5/17/25 that they will wait for payment and I explained to them that I have scheduled for payment to be made per the link they sent me. Fast forward again 6/14 I was told by the company after contacting them so I could make Payment and being ignored that I owe $28,080 and that's for an everyday holding fee. No holding fee was discussed mind you. I was threatened 6/13/25 that if I don't answer my phone (I'm at work) that my things will be donated. This company had already dumped my belongings the very next day 5/18/25. per witness and the picture time stamps. After communication finally landed 6/14/25 after I mentioned legal action that's when they responded and became real unprofessional with emojis and saying God will punish you for taking advantage of my kind workers. Really!!!! My family has lost everything! They pursued to harass me for payment after dumping my belongings. Stay Away! They are making it seem like I never kept in communication or I abandoned my things. Why would I do that when those are my things that I have worked so hard for?!?! Read more

Worst movers ever - beware!!

I used dmv pro movers. They were horrible and are a scam. The owner sayyed mariani is a crook. He quotes a flat rate then doubles the price during the move. He then won’t give your items unless you pay the increased non-agreed upon rate. I can’t say strongly enough not to use these movers. They are criminals and will steal your stuff. Be careful.
