I was very satisfied...

They were very polite very efficient they were thorough and they did everything in one day 'cause I had to move from Jacksonville FL to South Hollywood which is above Miami. There was no damage and the pricing was the best price, there was a little change in the price because they went a little over in the timing, but it still came within a couple of hundred dollars of their quote so I was very pleased. I Had One Complaint...

I had one complaint it was someone who handled the product in between, but they were responsive and were working on restitution, I guess you call it. The first coordinator I spoke with represented the business well, they were here on time, they picked up and delivered on time. The challenge was, we had a carrier between Old Dominion, who I don't think handled my couch well, there was some damage, but the end he's willing to compensate me to have those steam cleaned at their cost which I believe will resolve the issue with some cleaning. Pretty Good Movers

Pretty good, they even offer some free boxes, wrapper, cloth. The price was higher than real quote. DN has insurance policy that makes sense and was a reasonable price. Read more

Did their job well

They were right on time. Two men who quickly came and unloaded things. The only thing that I feel could have been better was the way they wrapped some items. Some of the items were open-box so I asked them to package them. But they just taped it once so it was not packed well, whatever they did. Also they didn't give any blankets to cover the bed and mattress. I had to use my own, I was told they'd be providing all the blankets and everything but they didn't have it. So that's one thing but other than that I think everything went went actually. They went pretty fast but they didn't delay on anything, they went fast and delivered it soon. And I made them wait for one or two of us actually but they were patient. They were patient and did their job well. Read more

I was pretty happy.

I just needed some furniture moved within in my house -- down into the basement. And they were pretty quick, and they didn't cause any damage which is good. So I was pretty happy. Read more

There were some broken and missing ...

Not that it was anyone's fault. But they estimated one truck and I needed two. What was good was the workers that they did send, they sent three when they should have sent six. The workers that they did send worked very hard. We were able to work out the need for the second truck. I went and rented a Uhaul and the workers loaded that for me. That part was great. I understand that everyone was extremely tired from working that many hours but I had some things that were broken. They started throwing things. I still don't know where some things are. As in, a box that was supposed to be in the living room is in the back bedroom and things like that. When they brought in my washer and dryer, they tore a huge hole in my linoleum or the floor vinyl. They were there in a timely fashion. The gentleman who moved me were very thorough. Everything arrived fine. I was happy with them. They did ask for a down payment... I paid the full amount the day of the move. They were supposed to credit me back the $89 down payment. I did have to follow up with them. They did a good job, but there was a ...

They personally did a good job but I was kind of disappointed because they told me the movers would be there at 1. And they weren't there at 1 and when I called they said there was a time frame between 1 and 4. So that was disappointing because I hadn't realized that and I had set up my people to be at the house at 1 and then we just kind of hung around until 4:30. Read more

I wouldn't recommend them.

It was mostly satisfactory. The price was a bit much, I was quoted for $1,700 and ended up getting billed for about $2,500. I wouldn't recommend them, I wasn't happy about the quote. They told me they'd be able to get it done in a day, and they didn't. Read more

Everything arrived safe and smoothly, ...

It was good. It was a little hard, there were just three people and the move out of my NYC apartment, it's a six floor walk-up so it took a long time. There was a miscommunication about having to pay in cash. I was told that I could pay by car, so there was a bit of a miscommunication at the end, but everything arrived here safely and smoothly and they were very nice men. Read more

Everything is going well so far.

They were right on time, and because of the estimation of how much stuff I had, they were willing to come back and do it at the half price which was really good. They were good at packing the stuff and they were able to store the stuff. I don't know how they'll be getting the stuff from storage, but right now they're handling everything well. Read more

I was realy pleased with their service.

They were very accommodating. It was a very long move, so they picked the furniture up the first day at the storage unit. Those things had been moved by another moving company, which is now out of business. DN Van Lines re-wrapped a lot of the items that the other company didn't take care of. They were very meticulous about wrapping the goods and making sure everything was protected on the drive up. The next day they delivered the things-they were prompt, they were right on time. They worked right along, they put everything where it belonged, they helped assemble some of the furniture. They were really accommodating. I was really pleased with their service-extremely. Staff was really great!

The staff were really great. They were really personable, very helpful. We did have some damage, but I wouldn't see it as their negligence.. just moving things. They were really great to work with and it was great to work with the same crew both days. Read more

I highly reccommend them

They were really good. They brought everything into my apartment and they set everything up just where I wanted it. They actually did it under the hourly limit just to save me money which I really appreciated because I'm on a fixed income. That helped quite a bit. Everything was fine. They took care of everything, wrapped everything up for me because I'm in a wheelchair and I couldn't do any of that so they did most of it for me with no problems. Read more

Everything went great. They were real helpful and they took care of everything. I had no problems at all with the crew members or with customer service. Solid moving company and a good ...

They really did a good job. I received all the services I requested and they did everything that I asked them. Packing and wrapping was done to my satisfaction and the crew was very nice. They were on-time and friendly and the customer service was responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. The price was not bad, it was about the same as the estimate. Great moving experience

Everything went smoothly, they were honest and appropriate and the movers seemed to really know what they were doing. Basically, everything went really smoothly. We didn't use very much packing and wrapping from them, but everything they did was fine, everything went well. I thought the price was appropriate and fair, and it turned out that we decided to delay the move-in because it would have been late in the day, so we decided after the fact to have them deliver the next morning so there was an additional charge for that that we agreed to. So we didn't have a problem with that. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and I would tell them that I had a good experience with them. Read more
