Our move was fantastic, the movers we selected were not the least expensive by any stretch of the imagination, but they were prompt and responding and had very good ethnic without out alot of exceptions, not alot of additional pack ons for equipment or things to help us move. Entire move went nicely

Everything was really nice. The move went nicely. The price range was very nice. Everything went well. Packing was indeed done to my satisfaction. This was the second time that they had assisted us because the very first time the movers they moved her from an apartment into storage. And they wrapped - everything was wrapped nicely at that point. This time it was really an asset because they didn't have to come and wrap again. When they got to the apartment, they unwrapped. So it was a good move. If I know of anyone that would be moving, I most definitely would refer them. Read more

One of the best moving experiences

I have moved with a large national company as part of a coporate move, and I can honestly say DSR was better, despite being far less expensive. They take great care of your furniture and belongings (wrap them up with blankets, plastic, etc.) and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the whole experience. All of this, and very affordable too. I had a short distance local move, but lots of boxes and furniture. I was nervous about some of the newer, expensive pieces being moved, but these guys handled them very carefully. When one of the very heavy items was slightly damaged, they took care of it without any problem. A furniture professional came to my home and fixed it like new. I would definitely recommend and will use them again if I ever have to move. Read more

DSR Moving was terrific! The quote Dwight gave me over the phone AND in email was right on. They arrived on time and finished up our job in the time he said it would take. (They didn't stop moving for 4 hours!) They were very friendly and easy to work with. Their pricing is also considerably lower than all the competition we received quotes from. My husband and I moved from a 1900 square foot house in Durham to downtown Durham on 6/18/12. We selected DSR Moving because of their very reasonable moving rates ($95/hour) and stellar reviews. I highly recommend DSR Moving to anyone who is moving in the Triangle!! The two men that moved us were incredibly professional and efficient. They moved items both quickly and carefully. Every item in our house was moved without any damage. The final cost came out to $75 less than I was quoted - they are fair with their pricing and will not over-charge you for anything.
