Ghosted on Damaged Item Claim

I hired this company based off good reviews but received far from a good experience. Initially my move was re-scheduled which was no big deal but when they go to show up its almost dark out and sprinkling. The movers we nice but not very careful with my stuff one of them ended up letting a whole storage bin worth of stuff fall off the truck lift due to uncareful stacking on the lift bed. I watched this instance occur and did not think it was the end of the world as the mover was honest and apologized so no complaints there. The real issue comes with their "support" or lack there of. I documented all the damages and reported them to the company to which they send me a damage claim form. After filling out the form and numerous follow up calls I have gotten no where. If you are looking for a company that will protect your property in the event its damaged during a move this is not the company you're looking for. Read more
