The whole team was professional.
They were very professional from the beginning to the end. When I called them, I got a quote on the phone... approximate quote. They came out, and they did an assessment, and that quote was pretty much on the money. They were on time (three movers). They picked us up that morning, and they moved us, and nothing was broke. Very Satisfied...
Very satisfied with the guys that came in here to put the stuff back in, they were very cooperative and decent team of two people. The pricing was related to others and was very competitive. We had the confusion in the start up because we had to move by a certain deadline and I was promised over and over, but it didn't happen and we were under panic last minute. So we had to pressure them to come out and they were saying there was confusion between their operation.. The right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing, nobody was notified about this particular move.

Very simple and very easy
It was very simple and very easy, I didn't have a lot of pieces and I only moved like 4 miles, so the whole thing was done in about 2 and a half hours. I didn't have any problems with customer service or with the crew members, everything went very smoothly. They wrapped my flat screen TV in blankets, and the pricing was on the low end, it wasn't the cheapest but then again they were very easy to work with.

Very accommodating and timely service
Other than the fact that it was snowing, they got here on time and they were just very accommodating moving the furniture in and they asked where it needed to be and set everything up and I was just very happy with all of it. Their packing and wrapping was fine too, we had everything already packed but they put the blankets on things and repacked things that needed to be, so that was great. Their pricing was a little above other companies but he had better qualifications and better coverage, so that's the reason why we went with him. There were no problems with anything being broken or chipped. I had a piano and organ and they were moved here in excellent condition, so I put them up there with the #1 movers. I got them off the internet and I checked the company out and I got in contact with Don Reed and he was very very accommodating. It's just a good company to use for your move.

They were great, experienced movers
They provided sufficient resources in terms of manpower and the vehicle and the tools to do the move. They were experienced and seemed to know what they were doing and they did a pretty good job. It was a very complex move because of all the stuff we've accumulated over the years and they did as good of a job as could be expected of them. The final expense was probably 15% higher than the estimate. Their original estimate was right on and they hadn't even seen it yet, but when I gave them an inventory of what I thought to be the move they reduced it by 15%, so you can say that it was my doing that they reduced it from what they ultimately charged me for, because there was more to it than what I thought there was. I guess they were right on. If I were to recommend them to friends and family, I would say that they're a good choice.

Speedy service with no flaws
Seeing many of my friends have bad moving experiences in the past, I was skeptical about my move recently. This company silenced my doubts and delivered a fast and efficient service. The movers were very fast in finishing their job. Even though they were fast I didn't come across any breaks or damages. The price was also reasonable and it was as much they quoted.
