Horrible service and moving experience. I am a military brat,served in the military with over 40 years of moving and never had a moving experience as bad as this. Charged double then what was quoted. Disassembled and did not reassemble,scratched floors,broke items,and workers do not support company. Matter of fact several are willing to testify for our lawyer. Don't do it....don't waste your money

Please know I am here to help consumers make an informed and wiser decision. This company does not care about you or your personal belongings. The minute your stuff gets in their trucks, it all goes downhill from there. They damaged not one, not two, but MANY of our treasured items some of which were antiques and can never be brought back to their original form. Then to top it off, they offered us a measly $75 check to compensate when the damage we'll exceeded that amount. Don't believe the 5 star reviews as this not a company that cares about you or your personal stuff. If you value what you've worked hard for and have earned, don't trust them with Eden's Moving. Terrible Moving Company

I would not recommend this moving company if you value any of your items. We used them once and although we had minor issues, overall it was an okay move. So we decided to use them once more for our move from CO to VA. BIG MISTAKE. They broke our new Traeger Grill by not properly wrapping and securing it from being bent. They bent the handlebars on our lawnmower as well. Our washing machine was missing the drum shock and the lid was bent and damaged. It was also a new appliance. Our wooden kitchen table leaf attachment was broken, so now it does not latch. Our buffet cabinet was cracked down the sides. This is only a few of the items damaged. We had a dresser damaged, microwave car, antique rocker, a couple of lamps and souvenirs damaged beyond repair. We filed a claim and they valued our damages at less than $200.00. Really? The Traeger Grill is new and it cost over $800.00. Again, do not use this company. I do not see an option to add pictures but we had pictures of all the damage. ZERO STARS for Eden's Moving Company. Overall the best moving experience thanks to Eden's Moving Services! I had a local move but even with local moves now a days you get crappy moving services. That was not the case with Eden's Moving Services, they quoted me a great price, and provided the best customer service to go along with it. My move was a breeze the team is awesome! Read more

Good Job Guys !!!!

The team showed up as promised, worked hard constantly in very hot and humid weather. My house was loaded in less time than I thought, and the movers unloaded to the rooms as we requested. They even moved a couple of things that were already in the house. They worked hard under difficult conditions and they promised I'd be happy and I was really impressed! We recently hired Eden’s Moving Services for a full packing and un-packing move in London. They were very competitively priced and were on-time and very professional for all appointments, from the initial estimation through to the moving day(s). Our move required 3 full days, one for packing our belongings, then another for moving and last for unpacking. Worst moving service with convicted ...

We made the huge mistake of trusting Eden's moving service wheb we lived cross country. Their movers used our boxes to pad other items and the charged us for boxes when they ran out. When their employees stole all of our valuable diamond jewelry the owner said we were lying and blamed us. Their employee was convicted and is serving jail time for the theft. We weren't at fault. They hired people off of a bridge near our new house to move the furniture into our house and they damaged more of our furniture. When I write to complain they offered a pittance and claimed we wanted too much money. They boxed up the pizza boxes and garbage from when their employees ate lunch at our house while packing the truck and charged us to transport those boxes to our new house. wonderful experience

I highly recommend Edens moving for any of your moving needs.We had a wonderful experience on our recent move from Denver Colorado to Albuquerque New Mexico. The movers were very nice, very careful, and quick. They were able to move us out of our two-bedroom apartment on the second floor with zero issues. Everything delivered as it was packed with zero scratches or broken items. Way better than the experience we've had prior to this move. We will absolutely book our next move with Eden's Moving. Excellent service. professional movers

We searched online for a company that specialize in out of state moves due to a job relocation and after getting few quotes we hired Eden's moving. They did an awesome job from from start to finish, sent us excellent movers in both locations and we couldn't be happier. The move was pretty much according to the initial schedule and as for damages we had one old bookshelf that broke but it wasn't in the best shape to begin with so I can't say it's the movers fault. Overall we highly recommend them and for sure will hire them in the future. Read more

Awesome movers! smooth and simple move

I had such an excellent experience with the team at Edens Movers. I found them online, got a few quote and ended up choosing eden's moving. Scheduling was super easy, Our sales rep, David, was kind and professional. David responded to my move request on a Sunday afternoon, and was continuously easy to reach-responding to me in 10 min or less-the entire week leading up to the move. Great experience

My husband and I used Eden's Moving at the end of June and we had a great experience. From start to finish everything was excellent. Mike always responded to my emails quickly, the movers called when they were about 20 minutes out, they arrived on time, and worked hard, fast and non-stop. Professional and Friendly. Great ...

These guys made moving painless (or as painless as moving can be). Our movers were extremely polite, efficient, and cautious. They took great care in wrapping the large pieces of furniture and protecting it from the rain during downpours. Superb movers. easy and damage free

This company was super easy to work with and reasonably priced compared to other moving companies. The loading part was pretty complicated. The movers had to go up and down through three different stair cases when one of them was relatively narrow, but I apparently under estimated them as they made it look very easy from where I was standing. The hole move went superb, nothing was damaged The time table did changed a in a few days but this is not our first out of state move and their sale rep reminded this to us so we made different plans for different scenarios. Overall they were awesome! On both pick-up and drop-off and on the phone and emails. Asa and Anthony were awesome! We messed up and confused the dates so they came up with a crew after 2 hrs notice and did a fantastic job moving our furniture.. Everything made it without a scratch! The team was hard working responsible ...

The move went without any problems, from their careful packing of our items to the final delivery. Our shipment arrived on our very first available day, which allowed us all the time we needed to unpack and settle down. Not a single item arrived broken. A minor delay had to to do with a futon chair that had been accidentally unloaded at their local facility in San Jose, but once that was located it arrived within the same day. absolutely great moving experience

I never liked moving. Lots of changes, organizing and planing, expenses and if you didn't find a good moving company it can be even worse. Eden's moving made it a completely different experience for me. They were absolutely amazing. They were professional, friendly, fast, and treated all of my things as well as they would have their own. This is my first move were I didn't had to waste time on filing damage claims and spend money on repairs. They also took great care of my new floors! I was very impressed. I compared a bunch of local moving companies online and ended up going with Eden's moving services. The estimate they gave me wasn't the cheapest one but they came to my house to do the estimate and after the last moving experience I had two years ago with also a local company (I ended up paying almost double than what I got quoted for) I decided not to go with the lowest estimate, and was absolutely impressed. The lady on the phone had those fun-sounding friendly attitudes that made me feel good about booking with them, then the movers were very friendly, efficient, careful and professional. They even called to ask if I wanted them to come early - awesome! The whole experience was easy and seamless, I payed maybe $40 more than what they quoted me and they did a great job. Top notch moving service beyond deserving of a 5-Star Review. I received a callback after I requested information online. We went over my moving plan, and I received the quote immediately thereafter. Their sales rep called to confirm the move two days prior, and the actual movers were beyond amazing. They broke down my big heavy platform bed and packed my dresser like champs. They padded, protected and wrapped all of my furniture and tv's. Put all of my clothes in wardrobe boxes. Literally took stellar care of all my belongings. We had a ton of stuff in boxes and bins and they moved it all so seamlessly. Nothing broke or got damaged. Best of all, I didn't have to lift a finger. Save yourself the time and trouble of trying to do it yourself or hiring questionable movers - I fully recommend Eden's Moving Services to anyone who needs professional moving services! I used their long distance moving service, their storage service and their packing services and they did a great job. The teams where very professional and the entire move process was perfect. Due to a bad weather their sales rep called to apologies about the couple days delay but knowing they are being extra cautious just proves my point and getting all by belongings to my new home damage free is much more important than getting them on time. Excellent intrerstate movng company

When I first started looking for a long distance moving company I was shocked how every moving company I found and started reading reviews about I read bad reviews on. Reviewers shaming that company and even its employees. After also reading good reviews I realized these bad reviews are likely to be from people asking for refunds cause I think when a normal person hires a moving company he doesn't shame a moving company because the accidentally broke a glass something that most likely can happen to him too.. So after deciding to ignore all reviews I started calling few moving companies asking them about their services and getting quotes for my move. I finally chose eden's moving services and they did an outstanding job! I am not a believer in writing DON'T HIRE ANYONE ELSE BUT EDENS MOVING SERVICES but I for sure recommend them and will call them when I will need to move again. Great hard working movers. After getting various quotes from different moving companies and reading lot's of reviews, based on the services they offered, the price and their friendly and extremely professional sales rep, I chose eden's moving services for my interstate move and I am so happy I did. I got what they called the VIP service where they do everything and surprisingly they really did everything. The packers and movers came right on time, very friendly, hardworking and professional. Trusworthy life savers!

I had the best worst moving day ever! worst day to move, it was cold AND snowing but absolutely the best moving company I ever hired. My husband started to move some of the boxes to his truck but couldn’t continue due the freezing weather. Since we had to vacate our old apartment, I quickly went online and search for movers. After speaking with several moving companies which gave me outrages prices I spoke with Marty with eden's moving. Marty was very polite and understood the situation we were in, he did not take advantage the fact that we had to move on now like others and quoted me the actual rate that he always charges (which was 109$ per 3 movers). Marty quickly dispatched a truck movers to our apartment. The movers were very professional and fast they managed to move all of our stuff in less then 5 hours.
