I have moved many times the past few years using a different company each time. These guys were hands down the best. They were accurate in their estimate, didn't waste time (which is what I was paying for). They treaded my items, home (old and new) like it was their own. Packed everything carefully, made sure not to scratch any walls or floors. The head of the moving crew was very nice. The owner even stopped in to make sure the move was going smooth, a real class act someone I will continue to do business with and couldn't recommend these guys enough. Read more

They got to my house promptly. They were very quick getting everything loaded onto the truck. They made it to the new residence and unloaded things quickly, assembled things quickly, nothing was damaged. I was satisfied with the level of service I received. [The pricing] was reasonable. Friendly crew and staff

I would like to talk about my move to Austin and it was an average experience. Though they were polite and well-mannered, they arrived two hours later than the scheduled time and couple pieces of my furniture were damaged. You should move with Element

My husband and I moved last month and we had a wonderful move. I usually don't write reviews, but they did such a great job, i figured I would share it with everyone. Javier, Cody and Jared were very nice and worked quickly and efficiently. You could tell they were a team and have been working together for a while. Wonderful service and value

I just had a wonderful move with Element Moving. I have moved many many times in my life and this was by far the BEST move I have ever had. I had some difficult and large pieces and the guys handled it like it was a piece of cake. I did most of the packing myself except for the master closet, which they packed and unpacked for me free of charge. These 3 guys made everything look so easy and worked really well as a team. 10 Stars for Element Moving and ...

A few months ago we moved from Dallas to Ohio and we chose a great company- Element Moving and Storage. When my husband told me that we needed to move beucase of a job offer, I was exceited about moving but stressed about the actual moving process. I loved Dallas, we were here for 6 years and after our last move, I wanted to make sure I made a good choice in a moving company this time. Last time we moved was very hectic and unorganized. We had about 7-9 phone calls from moving companies. Of those, we had 4 come to our house to give us onsite estimates. We chose Element Moving- a local Dallas Moving company- because from the get-go, we received such great customer service from the sales person, Heather, and from Lee, our onsite estimator. When the moves came to our house, they arrived as scheduled at 8am sharp and were all in uniform. They showed up with 2 trucks and 4 men. They were all very polite and professional and they got right to work. They packed all my personal items, including my porcelain collection which was handed down to me by my grandmother (this is the main reason I chose a professional company, I would never leave these sentimental figurines to armatures) and kitchen and wrapped my furniture with special moving pads to protect all of the furniture. They also made a special wooden crate for a marble top table which I was able to keep in case we moved again. My estimate was a few dollars more (like $400) but that is because I planned to sell some items in my garage sale, but they didn’t sell so we took with us. I had a few items to donate, and the Element crew took them with then and donated them to a battered woman’s shelter in Dallas. I loved the way Element Moving and Storage is so connected to the community and the ways they “gave back". The only minor incident was that they made a hole in my wall because a piece of furniture was too big, but the next week they arranged for someone to come out fix it. I understand that things happen when you move, but I was very impressed with the way Element Moving resolved the issue! When the movers arrived in Ohio I had a different, yet as good, crew. Again, they were on time, arrived exactly on the day I requested. Reassembled everything and put the boxes where I requested. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They made my move easy, fast, efficient and always had answers for me when I needed them. I can be pretty annoying, and I called many time with various questions, and every time someone answered me. Great Moving Team- Happy to Come to ...

I found Element Moving and Storage through a Google search. I then saw them on Citysearch and Yelp and knew I was working with a good company. Their price was right in the middle, not too high, not too low. I never go with the cheapest company because that's usually what you get- cheap service. Though their prices were average, their service was superior! They sent me four of the most hard working, careful, sweet and most importantly, concerned movers to take care of my items. They moved things with utmost care and wrapped the furniture like I have never seen before. I have used 2 other moving companies in the past, I will not mention their names, but needless to say, I would never use them again. I was so glad when my experience with Element changed my view of moving companies as a whole Elements employees really took pride in their work and spoke very highly about their company. Working in HR, I find this very important. I love working with companies where the employees are genuinely happy to come to work, even though their job is hard as hell in the Texas heat. . I can honestly say I'd recommend Element Moving and Storage to anyone and everyone moving in this area. Read more
