Our UNBELIEVABLE, EXPENSIVE MOVING ...

I hired Budget Vanlines, they in turn hired Eli Trucking Corp. Eli Trucking hired a guy named Roni from New Jersey. Because of the many times loading and unloading, our belongings from one to who knows how many, our things were damaged or lost. Eli Trucking referred us to Anthem Claim Management in Arizona to submit a claim for the damages and with the understanding that we have nine (9) months to submit claim. We prepared a complete submittal package containing description of the items damage with pictures. After several weeks, we received a letter of their response. they're UNBELIEVABLE response was, papers were signed acknowledging received in good condition, nothing lost or damage. Unbelievable, how can ANYONE tell how many items are damaged when their truck driver Roni is insisting to his helpers to unload the truck, because he needed to leave. I don't believe that there's anyone on this world/planet that can see through box's and see if there's any damages to their contents. Another UNBELIEVABLE issue is the letter from Anthem has Eli Trucking Corp. letter-head and at the of this letter, there's no signature. but has Anthem Claim Management, LLC for Eli Trucking. Now, is there something wrong with this picture??? Can one assume that they're the SAME company and COVERING EACH OTHER'S BUTT??? I have called Anthem several times to speak with their so-called adjuster. He's never available and never returns your calls. He's always out of the office and has no direct phone line!!! But, he does have a person that takes messages! Inform EVERYONE to AVOID using these "WORTHLESS ORGANIZATIONS". Read more
