Worst company ever - bait and switch ...
The company engages in bait-and-switch tactics. I have shipped three dozen cars in the last 25 years and this company is the absolute worst. I’m convinced they are operating through shell companies or shell LLCs under different names and using offshore call center employees in India to use aggressive tactics to change the terms of the deal at the last minute leaving you stranded. I advise anyone using them to check their BBB profile and other reviews (Yelp,etc) as their Google reviews must be faked but other offshore people they pay to write good reviews. Please save yourself the trouble with this company. Pay more for a reputable BBB-accredited A-rated business instead of Elite or any other car shipping company.

Find someone else to ship your car
Price wasn't as quoted. Turns out the quote is worthless to "Mike". Final price turned out to be much higher than any of the other quotes I received, but you get locked in upfront. The driver arrived for pick up days late and as a consequence the car arrived well after originally promised. Had to rent a car at the destination when we'd planned to use our own which we arranged to ship well in advance. Was promised a $75 refund/gas card to make up for the hassle, overcharging and ineptitude. Never arrived. Mike's "services" are worthless in my opinion. The guy that actually shipped the car was fine and apologetic, but he's just a subcontractor. Felt like I got scammed and that doesn't happen to me very often. Seek out someone that actually owns a truck.

This company lied to me on numerous occasions. They told me my car would be picked up on a certain day and it wasn't. I called them that day and they said the driver would be here by 6 pm. Driver never showed. Called the next day and they said the driver would be here by noon. He never showed . Was told the transport truck broke down. Was told the driver was in san jose and would be here in less than two hours. (It takes over three hours to get to my city from san jose) Driver never showed. Asked for the drivers phone number and the one they gave me was fake. Still have not gotten my deposit back.
