Complete Shysters
In April 2015 I on-boarded with Enterprise Relocation Services for my July 2015 move from Michigan to Texas. Neil, the Sales Representative was very nice in the beginning, very accommodating, and gave me a reasonable quote compared to some other companies I looked into. They had almost no bad reviews and touted a BBB rating of an A (which they are NOT accredited by the BBB) That’s where the “fairy tale” ended, or began I guess as there is always an evil monster\Grinch\ogre\etc in those stories, and this tale was no different. Oren, the owner and person in charge of the moves, is somebody I hope to never cross paths with again as he is rude, arrogant, demeaning, and COMPLETELY unprofessional. They missed my pick up date by 2 days causing me to miss my fligh, then showed up at my home at 11:00 PM to take a look at what I had and did not actually load my items until 3:30 PM the following day. They upped my quote by close to $1,000 and then took 17 days to deliver my items after I was told 4-6 days when I signed with them. Most of the boxes were smashed on delivery, and my furniture badly scratched and nicked. There is much more to this review, but this site will not hold the full rant.... the Cliff Notes version? I have moved numerous times in my life, and I can adamantly say this was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had. Moving across the country is stressful enough, but then to be a victim of predatory sales tactics and treated with the utmost disrespect by Enterprise Relocation Services is inexcusable. If you too would like to have THE worst move experience of your life, sign a contract with these shysters; I wouldn’t let my worst enemy sign with this company.

Bad Company--Horrible Customer Service ...
Do not ever use this group--Neil did not do his job to accurately assess the move in terms of what was being transported. The driver is mad at the world and will yell as the customer and demand things. This organization's communication is non-existent--there is no follow through by anyone and I get the driver telling me that he instructed his sales person to not call me or return any emails--worst experience ever. The only bright spot was that the packing and loading was done with care. The crew were very hard working--no debating this fact.
