Faith Full Movers

Very dissatisfied/heartbroken customer

We hired & paid in full Faith Full Movers in early June 2012 to pack our personal belongings and load into U-Haul truck (of which we rented). We were moving from Northern California area to Dallas, Texas.Upon arriving to Texas and started to unload the U-Haul, there was clear and evident damage to our property due to the way the employees of Faith Full Movers had loaded the truck. Additional damage occurred when the packers did not properly pack breakable items. We purchased our own moving blankets, packing paper, bubble wrap, shrink wrap and hardly any of it was used by the packers. Furniture was stacked on top of each other, no blankets used & our couches had been placed on the floor of the moving truck, unprotected! Some items are not replaceable due to one of kind, family heirlooms and many, many furniture damage. The owner Faith Archuleta was contacted immediately. I advised I took photos and she requested them to be emailed to her. From that day forward,Faith Archuleta has ignored my phone calls, text messages and follow up emails. I filed BBB complaint in which she NEVER even acknowledged or responded to the BBB. Now that is not a person who should not be in business. Read more

Smooth move at a fair price

It turned out to be a really good experience. The staff was friendly and took good care of our things. They reassembled our things very quickly, which is really appreciable. They were friendly, and the only negative thing is they were not on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their move done by professionals at a fair price. Read more
