Fast Delivery, Great service. ...

We move often and this was one of the better experiences. My antiques were wrapped with care by the foreman Alex and I was in constant contact with the dispatcher Kayla. Delivery came in 9 days which was fast considering the mileage. All items were fully re assembled and staged at my delivery end. We did pay a few hundred dollars extra to pack 3 tvs and 4 monitors as our packing material was not delivered in time. Give Shawn a call for a great move with Fargo van lines! Read more

Better than I expected!

At first, I was a little skeptical about hiring them as my movers because I did not see many reviews but I wanted to take my time and say that these guys did a phenomenal job. I can tell people only take time to leave negative reviews instead of positive. Eric and Max were great! They came in and when I tell you they GOT TO WORK" THEY GOT TO WORK"! Absolute dog shit

So, from the beginning there was nothing but problems. I paid to have a TV box put over my 75". They didn't use one and I didn't find out till my stuff arrived BROKEN. Fargo is just a broker. Star Van Lines (shit company too) and some other company picked up and delivered my stuff. While in transit, there were NO updates on when I could expect delivery. The pickup driver kept making it seem like it would arrive in a day or two, so I actually thought they stole my shit. When I told Fargo, they finally scheduled delivery. I'm attempting to file a warranty claim but my god I have to pester Christian 800 times because this slimy worm keeps lying to me about what he's doing. "Oh I thought I transfered you yesterday," No you said you'd talk to your manager and get back to me. He said that to me MANY times, "I'll call you back," never does. I guarantee you it's so I forget and drop the claim. When I finally did reach the claims department, they have me sign up for yet another company. I think like 5 companies are involved at this point. That company says they don't deal with the people that picked up or delivered. So now I gotta go back to Fargo and try and get this fucking shit resolved and I am losing my fucking patience. Neither pickup or dropoff gave me any paperwork and they were supposed to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will be filing with the better business bureaux Read more

Horrible moving company

This was the worst experience of my life.no one would answer my calls or questions in a timely manner if ever . Poor communication. My items arrived late and many damage items. I have yet to receive Any claim sheets to file just terrible over all many non English speaking workers so communicating was terrible , temper tantrums with the driver removing wrap and cardboard from the truck on my driveway . He was incredibly thorough with the estimate, my price only went up a couple hundred dollars for some missing items from my inventory. I am recommending this company to my in laws moving in the fall.
