Huge Scam - See ABC's News about the ...
This company is a huge scam. Please do Google search for ABC's news report "7 On Your Side: How to avoid your own moving mess" before hiring this company. We have a whatsapp group with more than 12 victims of this company. Unfortunately, authorities are not doing enough to remove these guys from business (Federal Maritime Commission / NJ Office of the Attorney General). They lost USD 27,000 worth of my furnitures.

Big Scam
The company is basically a huge scam. The had their licenses revoked by the FMC and were evicted from their NJ locations. They basically lost all my items. The owner (Robson Marcelo de Abreu Lopes) uses a few aliases (including Theo) to fool clients. Stay away from these guys. At please do your due diligence and check their BBB ratings,FMC Licenses and insurance policies before doing business with them.

My Nightmare Experience with Fastway ...
Fastway Moving and Storage has been a nightmare experience from start to finish. The representative with whom I dealt, Mayzer Ramadan, seemed sincere and trustworthy. Yet everything he promised turned out to be false. 1. Let's begin with delivery cost which turned out to be almost double from what he promised. I had submitted a list of my possessions and was given an estimate of $5,500. Only after my possessions were loaded onto the moving vans was I presented a bill for $10,000. At this point I had little choice but to agree. 2. The next problem was delivery. Mayzer had promised that it would be a matter of a couple of days, yet it took 13 days. During this stressful period, I was unable to speak to anyone in charge. Supervisors were never there and they didn't return my phone calls. 3. Despite Mayzer's assurances that my belongings would be protected, the movers cracked my expensive dining room table in half, damaged two dining room chairs and crushed a polypropylene container marked “fragile”, smashing a Steuben Glass dish and several vases. 4. The final straw was Fastway's meaningless insurance policy. I had paid an additional $512 for replacement costs if anything was damaged. The moving supervisor on the truck had verified the damage. I submitted a meticulously documented claim with photos and receipts. Fastway kept me on a 4 month merry go round of insurance filings before denying my claim. In sum, Fastway Moving is unreliable and unscrupulous. One would be foolish to consider hiring them.

Great Service, Fast and reliable
The fears of every person when is planning to move are hiring a company that will either overcharge you or won't deliver on time. In my case I have to say I was lucky to find this company. I moved from NYC to a different state and Derrick from Fastway Moving was very helpful and gave us an estimate very close to our final price. We paid for express shipping and the service was extremely fast and worry free!!.. the crew who helped us pack and also the crew who delivered our stuff where very professional and punctual. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, my experience was excellent.
