Terrible!

We used first class movers to assist us moving. They quoted us a reasonable amount that beat out other competitors and seemed to have great reviews. Wow was I wrong. We were supposed to have 4 movers but only had three (except for one hour the owner helped out then left). Not all of our stuff was packed which we asked them too and then a lot wanted more money than what was originally quoted. We then asked for our tvs to be boxed very carefully as they were expensive OLED tvs. They were poorly boxed and once we reached our destination we realized our 65” OLED was thinly boxed with no padding. To our utter disgust it was cracked on the lower right corner rendering it completely damaged. This was NOT caused by us or our moving truck but someone packing it that simply didn’t care. It was a complete loss ($1700) and barely a year old. To make matters worse the owner nor the company will respond to any calls/emails we’ve made. I paid $2000 for them,only got half my house packed and now out over $1700 more with my completely damaged TV. Please look elsewhere and save your self the hassle of the absolute hell we had. Good quality work that takes time

He had estimated my move would take 5-6 hours with a 4 man crew. I moved about 1/4 of my stuff myself beforehand hoping to shave an hour or so off of the move so I was disappointed that the move ended up taking about 7 hours. First Class is Awesome!

I hired Erik and his team to do two moves for me when I was remodeling. They took half of my furniture to one location, packed the rest for me in the garage, and did it all very quickly without one mistake. His team was courteous, thoughtful, careful, and polite. We paid him by the hour, and he worked hard the entire time. Some of our things are old, and some are heavy, and there were no complaints and no damage. It's refreshing to have someone move you who really wants to be there and appreciates the opportunity. I highly recommend them to anyone! Read more

First Class Moving A+++

First Class Moving was provided to me via reference from Mayflower, after deciding that the long window delivery that Mayflower provided would not work for my specific move. Erik Fowler, the owner of First Class Moving was great to work with. I was in need of a direct move from north DFW to Lincoln, NE and needed it done in a very short time span. He gave me all the pricing up front as well as assurance that I needed to provide to my employer to be able to book Erik and his company for my long distance move. Day of the move, he arrived on time with 5 team members, all of which were extremely respectful of my belongings and home. He stored my items in his locked trailer overnight, providing full communication with me throughout the entire process. He fully communicated what time he’d be on the road the next day heading to Nebraska and his estimated arrival time, never leaving me in a lurch wondering where he was with my items. Arrival in NE was just as smooth. Unloading went great, with just him and one other person, they completed it within 4 hours. A+ service hands down. Punctual,Transparent and Hard working!

Erik was responsive to my initial questions and was very transparent with the cost of my move job. We needed to get a large fridge upstairs but the stairs were too narrow to make it work. Best movers ever to work with

I used First Class movers a few months ago for a move and needed some stuff pit in storage as my current place came furnished. Wrll after several months of not sleeping good . I called and asked Erik if i could get my bed out of storage and have it delivered. And without hesitation he checked his calendar and got back to me that he could have it delivered to me that night. Man was i so excited. These guys have always been on time and definetly keep you in the loop . I never have to worry about my stuff getting damaged. Very professional team. Excellent Moving Company!

Erik, the owner, was awesome to work with! He responded immediately and showed up personally to the house with his son to see our stuff and give us a quote to better prepare for the move. They showed up right on time for the move and Erik was one of the movers and with them the whole time! He has a ton of equipment to smooth the process and was very well prepared. He worked hard to efficiently fit all of our stuff in the trailer. The 3 guys with him were amazing...very well spoken, engaged, and concerned about the safety of our stuff and the little details (like keeping track of screws, reassembling correctly, getting boxes in the right room, etc.). Professional,Courteous,and thorough!

Used First Class Moving a few weeks ago to move 5 hours. When Erik and his guys came to my home they were very kind and made sure I knew what the process was going to be. All of my belongings were wrapped in blankets and secured to where I had no doubt that everything would be safe. They covered all the wall corners and literally rolled out a walk way so that the house would not be damaged during the move. I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness in their work. Massive Granite Dining Room Table

Thank you to First Class Moving for moving my 1000lb granite dining room table. Eric and his team made sure my table was moved safely!! I greatly appreciate that the team throughly thought through the moving process and kept the padding on my table until it was time to move it back into my house. Great move

Erik and his entire family were involved in my complex move from Texas to Colorado. It involved 3 trips, 1 with my farm equipment, 1 with my house contents and animals and 1 with my truck and horse trailer. To say that Erik customized my move would be an understatement. He Did a Great Job

He came out before and gave me a pre-estimate and he checked with me each week leading up to the move and then they came out and moved me within the expected amount of time. To the point that even though he got food poisoning and had some personal challenges as a result of that, he only delivered a day late as a result of that which was perfectly fine with me considering. He did a fabulous job, I had no problems whatsoever. I've already recommended him to two other people. The pricing was comparable, there were some companies that were just a little bit cheaper, but the amount of care that he took with not only the house that I moved out of, all of my stuff as well as taking care of the house that I moved into to make sure there were no bumps or anything like that was worth the little bit of price difference that there was, but the majority of the quotes that I got were actually more than his. Great Moving Experience

Erik and his team moved us over a two day period. They wer punctual, professional and courteous. They were extremely careful with our things and had the right equipment and pads to protect the floors and door jams as well as the furniture. It rained on day 2 and we all agrred to move day 2 to the next day for better weather (free of charge). We also had to reschedule our move due to our buyer falling out of contract and Erik accomodated for no fee.
