Estimate and planning was fine, but ...
I was very, very pleased with how all of the arrangements and the setup and the quoting and the pricing and the quote-matching the actual price, and all that stuff.. went. That stuff went really well. The difficulties and frustrations happened after the items were in transit and the scheduling of delivery changed three times in 24 hours which wasn't really nice., The actual delivery took place late in the evening and there was an issue in regards to access.
