they dont show up

We hired Steve for a local move in Nashville. When he gave us the estimate he came in carrying 2 cellphone, a binder and other crap so he looked like a professional. We booked him a week prior to the move date so he can have plenty of time to arrange his schedule. He was supposed to show up at 10am with another folks from his company. He simply didn't!! Called him to see what is going on he kept giving silly excuses. We waited until 8PM as we really wanted to move at that day. He simply didn't show up and didn't bother to call us back to apology for the inconvenience caused. This guy is the biggest liar I've ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Average service

The move was fine, but they seemed to talk on the telephone and text an awful lot. That was only the first set of the movers though, the second set didn't get on their phones at all. I paid the exact same price as the estimates on each move, $750 to move two houses into one. The customer service was good and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Read more
