Horrible experience

Anthony was very confrontive with me and said that I did not give him the address that they needed to come to. I told him that I did and he argued with me. That should have been a sign right there not to use the services but we were kind of in dire straits. So he assured me that he would be at the house between 12-00 and 12-30. That time came. They didn't show up. They were like an hour late but still he continued to argue with me about me not giving him the address. I kept trying to tell him that issue is not important. What is important right now is they come. The way they handled our furniture was like it was they were bouncing balls. I saw the movers pick up a filing cabinet that had files in it, turned it upside down and that is how they left it upstairs in the storage - upside down. They scratched up our furniture. They ruined... They broke - we have one of those air force system beds and they broke one of the pump lines and have not replaced it. They didn't do a room check and they left furniture. We had to get back and get somebody else move the furniture. There was a chest full that were full of Elvis memorabilia. I watched them turn it upside down, sideways, every which way. They just took our furniture and just stuffed into the moving van. It was horrible. It really was. The guys were very personable but they were just terrible in handling our furniture. Read more

Good customer service

My experience was very good. We had some unusual circumstances that we adapted to very well. Specifically we had a very steep driveway where they needed to work with at the destination, but they handled okay. The prices were reasonable. Not up to my expectations

I had a few issues but I guess its okay. I would say it was a bad experience. They weren't able to move all my items which beforehand they said that they would be able to. I have had a deposit that was supposed to go for the final bill and it did not. I feel I was overcharged. I was paid for three hours and it only took two hours and ten minutes. I wasn't told before that I will have to pay for the extra hour. Although it didn't take an hour and when they put everything in storage, it just was thrown in there where my husband and I have to go in there and actually pack stuff in there correctly. I don't recall what the estimate was. Like I said by the hour with a minimum.of two hours, I think it was. I don't remember. I paid whatever I was supposed to pay. I feel like it was like an extra hour that I paid for that I shouldn't have. The behavior of staff was fine. They were late. I had basically shrink wrapped everything prior.
