I went with "Flying Eagle" for my move from Downtown San Diego to Downtown Palo Alto recently (Hewlett Packard business). This move was pretty last minute for me. I was so nervous about choosing a bad company I got expensive furniture and I hear so many horror stories about people getting scammed that I was on the verge of moving myself. I called in and spoke with a young man name Roman who was very helpful and patient with me, he gathered all the information about my move then gave me a guaranteed price. The level of customer service was wonderful he was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was being told whatever just to get my money. Excellent professionalism, service, ...
They were prompt. They were the first ones to call me and give me a quote. No one else called or even e-mailed me with my information. So, that's it. You want the prize? You gotta go get it. They went above and beyond what a normal mover does. You know, the pricing is, the thing with moving, the pricing is always the same and it's just a matter of how efficient the movers are. And these guys were very efficient and even came back after the fact to fix something that I couldn't fix myself. So, the pricing was good because they didn't dilly-dally around, they were very efficient. The customer service was excellent. Their professionalism was excellent. Their timing was excellent.

Terrible
It was the worst experience I ever had moving. It was way more than they said it was going to be. The workers argued with each other. Their supervisor - I don't even know if he is still employed with the company. I made a formal complaint with the owner...I was told I would get six and a half hours of time for $650. It ended up costing me $1000 for that amount of time.

Nothing was broken, very friendly
It was wonderful. The arrived a few minutes early, went right to work and we were done. Everything in place within three hours. That was incredible...nothing was broken, very friendly. Everything was great.
