It was OK except they forgot the very expensive, heavy mirror that goes with my dresser and I had to hire someone else to move that mirror. And they charged me for boxes when I didn't have any boxes needed.

Slower than dirt
cancelled my packing and move for Saturday and Sunday because of the length of time it took for the movers to pack up one room in my house for my mother last Wednesday It took 4.5 hours to pack up and bedroom and closet even thought I personally packed up a few boxes the night before.. I then got a call the next day stating that my mom paid the movers with cash that night and then money was pulled from her account. She was very upset about how much money it took to do this move from my house to the Nashville Wednesday. I am very uneasy using this company because of the job taking all day for a quarter of my house to be packed and loaded on a truck and from the things that she said on my voicemail. The room only had a lot of clothes in the closet, a king size bed, a 6 drawer dresser and a 9 drawer dresser with mirriors in it and a few odds and ends. That should not take 4.5 hours to pack. They also did not bring packing a materials and had to go back to the office to get it. The move was supposed to be from 9am ot 12. Not 12 to 420pm.

Friendly, fast and accurate service
This company was referred to me by my friend. They are friendly, fast, and accurate. They take the time to make sure they are not messing up your stuff but at the same time they are moving quick enough and are not charging you a fortune at the end. They took care of my stuff and at the same time moved me quickly. I would be glad to recommend them to anyone who wants excellent service that would not be a burden on their pocket.

wasn't aweful at all
So we have alot of stuff. My husband has a bad back and would have taken days to move everything. Called fox moving and storage cause they're the cheapest by the hour by far. Also wtf is up with two men and a truck charging a fee just to show up? Fox didn't do that! It was a 10 hour day, they packed everything on the truck after they wrapped it inside the house. I thuroughly examined everything after the movers left and didn't see even one scratch. Very surprised and happy about the move. I can't remember the guys names but they were both college students at UTC and very curteous to me and my husband. They worked harder than I've ever seen anybody work before.
