I have previously used them a couple times and things seemed to go smoothly I was a single mom with a autistic daughter and well of course I found my other half so we decided to relocate closer to family we schedule and confirmed several times he requested a deposit of $75 which we paid when the day came we called them when we realize they were running late. He answered and told us that the job before us had ran behind,but they would be on their way shortly. All we needed was for them to load up our U-Haul,nothing more everything was disassembled and ready to go,but we were unable to load ourselves,and we had a deadline to be in Houston to get the keys to our new place,needless to say we started calling from both of our numbers no answer never heard back they stole our money. We ended up having some help from the neighbors to load the U-Haul and of course misses our deadline so we had to spend more money and getting a hotel room for us three and our two dogs that night!! This was such a setback and a horrible start to our new life! YOU STOLE OUR MONEY and our TIME what a way to show your son how to run a business pathetic!!! Read more

STOLE MY BELONGINGS

Please whoever is reading this DO NOT and I mean DO NOT use these movers and here is my story. I had him move my children and I out of our apartment after my divorce. Single mother of two it was the only thing I could afford at the time. While he was packing with a younger guy he was loading some of my things in his truck and didn't realize but he was STEALING my laptops and valuable items and telling the guy who was helping with the move to put my things in his van. I didn't realize it at the time until he off loaded my things and I couldn't find my belongings. I called him up with no answers I ended up calling him from another number and he answered I asked about my things he said he had them but it was under a tarp and he would return it and never showed. He is a CROOK and so I reported it to the police and sure enough he has been arrested before,. My heart is broken because of what he stole. He took my laptop with all of my kids pictures and I'm sure he sold it on offer up or craigslist because as we were moving he gave me a sob story about his life trying to offset me on what he was really trying to do to me and my family. If you do use them have a police escort. I'm only sorry that I did not do my research. Gods honest truth DO NOT USE THEM they are criminals. False hope

Isaac... such a great business talker..be warned. I was told it would be 4k to pack and move my house in two days and along with clean and fix up the house with fence it was an additional 8kand I said I'll buy supplies so price would've been labor only,with exception for fencing..they would buy the supplies for the fence. I was told the offer moved to 10k 5k up front and 5k from after closing to write a contract. I said today 12/3/2020 I'll do 12k for moving and the housework and said June. Everything will be June just book it now since he said he's always busy July and June and books sometimes in advance. He said no. He went from whatever you need and to do I'm down the road to No. Dont really recommend this company for anything they offer. I would have given 6k upfront and 6k when done.he asked when he would receive the 6k I said June . everything will be June.. Not bad considering it's 2k more than original 10k offer. Freedom Movers were NO SHOWS

spoke to Isaac about moving 7 items from home to my daughter's new apt and he agreed to do the job. I confirmed by text when I sent him my address and also made 2nd phone call to confirm delivery date. He confirmed date and he also boasted to say he has been in business for 18 yrs and was a reputable mover. Day of delivery I called him to make sure he would be on time since we were on a time crunch to move my daughter. He didn't answer his phone multiple times nor did he return my texts. Didn't have the decency to even pick up the phone to say he was going to be a NO SHOW. I don't see how someone like him even stays in business with those work ethics. I plan on file BBB complaint. Terrible movers

We read the reviews, he was recommended by our subdivision office. Made reservations spoke w/ Issac several times. Night before move called to firm up reservations, 9:00 am 10.25.2019. Started calling at 8:45am through 11:30 am. Sent text msg. Not one phone call was answered or text returned. Theses guys may be adequate movers however they have to show up first. DO NOT USE THEM!!! AWESOME MOVERS,??????????????

We found this company from a neighbor moving in upstairs at our apartment complex. My husband was watching them work. He saw fast and efficient Issac and his two son's were and very organized. We just happened to be in need of movers. We called and set up a date and time at the beginning of June 2019. Issac and Oscar arrived on time @ 9:00am.. Issac surveyed what needed to be done . They then began disassembling what needed to be. They were very careful, treated our furniture like it was their own. We had 2 places to go, storage unit and the final destination of our home. Within 3 hours everything was moved and the furniture reassembled. My husband and Issac had agreed on a flat rate for about 2 1/2 hrs. We paid them extra as a tip and for going to two different locations Isaac and Oscar never took a break until the Job was finished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We hired two men and a truck and after confirming the day before they no showed we found freedom movers on Craigslist,called at 10 am last minute they were there within the hour! Miracle Worker

I was stood up by All Saint Movers so I was forced to find a same day mover, which btw is very hard to find. Came across a Craigslist add for this company so my wife called and spoke with Isaac and he was there within an hour. He is incredible. Super fast and is a one man team. Horrible business ethics. Never spend ...

I should have learned the first time. I used them back in Aug 2015. They seemed legit , nice and helpful. They assured me they would take apart , and then assemble at the new house. When I left to go get my daughter (my mom was at the house with the movers still ) when I got back the furniture was not assembled and the movers left. They had all the hardware for the furniture and I kept calling and texting and never got a response. I went to lowes/home Depot and bought new hardware to put the furniture back together. Now this is where I could kick myself , I should have never used them again , but I was in a crunch and needed someone , I had to be out my house by sunday Dec 27th and they assured me they would be there the night before. Day of moving , no call , no text , no answer. They put me in a horrible bind , time and money and stress as I am a high risk pregnancy. Read more
