Awful experience awful company!

I want to start by saying do not ever use these guys! From start to finish lie lie lie. Lied about cost,lied about what day they were coming,lied about how much room we would need,lied about how many people they were bringing. Complete disaster! I want to give them 0 stars and will be going to the BBB to make sure they are shut down asap! I want to be very clear. I contacted this company over and over for the past week trying to finalize the exact amount that I needed to get from one house to another. They ignored me time after time over and over thus yesterday on my move day,three guys showed up instead of four. As soon as the three guys showed up,they were very rude to my wife and very annoyed at the size of the job. This occurred because there was zero communication from this company to the moving company. Therefore,they thought it was a very small job and indeed it was not. The only reason this move was completed was because I personally rented a 20 foot U-Haul for the movers and my father and I made over 10 trips with my truck back-and-forth to help everyone. This company tried to charge me over $4000 more to move once they showed up and saw what I actually had. I originally told them every single thing that I had in my house -1 or two things that I had either sold or just Nest I want to make this very clear because companies like this will lie over and over and over just to make it look like they are legit. This company not only almost ruined my move,but they were never once cooperative,and instead left all the bathrooms completely full in which I had to make four more trips today to complete. The fact that this company can reply and state all of those lies is unbelievable. I have call logs to prove everything,emails to prove everything,and pictures of the truck that they showed up with thinking that this move was a one bedroom apartment. I have a picture of the invoice where they tried to charge me four more thousand dollars for the move once they arrived on property. I have seen a couple of these reviews before but was hoping that this owner who keeps responding was actually honest. I was dead wrong. I encourage everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible,and please learn from my mistake. I knew something was wrong a few days before the move. I was told someone would call to finalize all items and they didnâ??t. I should have known then. I canâ??t keep mentioning how clear I was with all the inventory I had prior to moving. The company showed up to my house with 3 movers (promised 4) and a 26 foot truck with 20 feet already loaded with someone elseâ??s stuff. They showed up to move a 5 bedroom house with 6 feet of space. I immediately jumped into action and rented the uhaul. I knew this would help the movers,even though they had just tried to charge me an extra $4,000. I forgot to also mention I paid $1,000 via Zelle prior to any packing and they kept saying â??they didnâ??t get itâ?. Read more
