Fresh Start Moving Company helped me realize that there are still honest, and dependable moving companies out there. John exceeded our expectations, they showed up ahead of schedule, promptly and safely loaded our furniture and household items and delivered them on time and in the same condition they received them, as promised. A year ago we had the worst experience possible with Best American Movers of MD and NC (aka Fregat Auto, Fl. ), however Fresh Start movers demonstrated in every way "how to do it right". If you need a moving company, look no further, I would highly recommend John and his company for your moving needs. You will not be surprised on "move day", John will tell you exactly what it would cost to move you, his price is fair, reasonable and he's dependable, plus his company's moving services are of the highest quality. I Had Confidence!

I did a "moving search" via movers.com that promised to send my move details to several moving companies. Most of the companies immediately after, sent me multiple texts, calls and emails about my move...thereby hoping to gain my business. It was a bit overwhelming getting the repeated communication from the same companies over and over again. Freshstart stood out to me, not only for their name (my actual reason for moving) but because of the one (1) simple and personal email that I got from the owner that left it up to me to follow-up for more details about my needs. I did lots of research, and almost went with a different mover because of their quoted price (I was warned of companies that surprisingly jump their prices the day you're moving) however Fresh Start's reviews all seemed so positive AND they were a local company. After a few follow-up emails with John (owner) to confirm my move, plus his reconfirmation call two-days before my move date, we were ready to go! I'm so glad I went with my initial impressions, trusted what others said and common sense. The day of the move...Justin, Tom and Dustin were friendly and personable movers! They really made me free and at ease about all my stuff getting moved to my new place. My mom and I were impressed by their efficiency while still keeping a smile on their faces and using humor while they did the job! I don't even "do" reviews much, but this company deserves it! Great to work with and quick services!

We recently moved offices and needed some big items moved and the movers at Fresh Start were not only on-time but were very friendly and got things done quickly. We actually had more items than was originally quoted as well as an extra destination for delivery but that wasn't a problem and there weren't any extra costs involved.
