They robbed us.

The services provided were poor. Me and my family left Miami about 1 hour after they packed our things and left to Bradenton, because we had to wait for the landlord to return the keys and get back the rent deposit. However, we got to Bradenton before they did and had to wait for then for more than 1 hour. They claimed they exit the I 75 to get something to drink. However, when they got to my apartment they were very thirsty. Now I understand why? It seems they did come out of the I75, but not to have a drink, but to review the cargo and to steal some of our stuff!!! We now know this, because a few days latter we start noticing missing things. As of today we are not sure how much they stole from us, but we now know they stole part of my wife's creams, cosmetics, perfumes, a brand new hair dryer, and perhaps other things we are going to find out letter gone. I called them and told them they have 10 days to have everything they stole from us send to our current address or we will file a report against them. Their silence on the phone left no doubt about what they did. Now more than two weeks letter we are still waiting for them to return to us the stolen items!!! They also managed to scratch and give several dings to our brand new refrigerator and lost several pices of our daughter's bed. In conclusion, this people are not only incompetent and irresponsible, but also plain criminals!!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. On the contrary I would advise to keep away from them. They arrived early and wrapped all the necessary itiems . Then they loaded the truck in 2 hours none stop . At the destination nothing was damaged and everything was put in its place . We are very glad we chose Fuentes Moving for our Moving Service . Read more
