Great delivery experience!
I had purchased a washer from a local store but their delivery schedule was 2 weeks out. Looked into Uhaul and it would be about $100 To rent a truck with a ramp, appliance volley, etc. Called Gaines and was quoted $95 So I went with them. This morning they delivered this rather heavy washer and took the old one to the curb. Service was great, friendly, and very professional. Will definitely use them again!

Guard your valuables
A number of valuables did not arrive at destination. Police report and insurance claim was filed. Insurance company stated policy did not cover furniture damage and stolen property. Stay away from company.

Both times I moved I used Gaines Moving...The moves were across town......Both times they arrived on time and finished slightly faster than expected..I was totally satisfied with the job they did and the price charged..I moved the small stuff myself and packed myself...

Stay Away - They Don't Care
Contracted them for help with a large moving job (loading a rental truck). supposed to be a 4 man crew. 2 guys showed up. I complained - not sure they listened or cared. Spoke with Rodney on the phone
