MINUS ZERO STARS FOR THESE FLAKES they quoted me a very low price, maybe that should have been a sign. booked these movers end of february 2019, just to help unload my furniture from a small uhaul truck and move into my new apartment. I spoke to glenn when booking who asked if i could text or call him 30 minutes prior to arriving at the unloading location / new apartment. I did so. after about 15 minutes past the time movers were supposed to meet me, i thought i'd better call them. Called, spoke to glenn who said in the most unsure/unconfident way "they should be in route". I asked, ok whats there Eta? he didnt know. Basically they never showed. Oh by the way, his movers contacted me about an hour after i had already unloaded everything myself 1 box at a time, dragging, pulling, pushing etc. I'm someone who competely understands that things happen HOWEVER, just a heads up and a "hey sir it doesn't look like we're going to make it" would've been nice. word of advice: DO NOT book these guys unless you absolutely are going to have alternate help (plan B) Read more
