My things were smashed and the movers ...

They said they would deliver ... Between eleven and one. By 3:00 I still hadn't gotten my delivery, I hadn't heard from anybody. When the truck finally came, this arrogant man, the first words out of his mouth were, "Do you have my money? I'm not bringing the furniture unless you have my money ... I can't bring your furniture up ... The truck has to be in the driveway, not right in front of the back door. So I can leave all your furniture here in the parking lot or you're gonna have to pay me another $200 to bring it up." ... The boxes were smashed. Lost my box spring and broke my ...

They originally quoted me a price and it was just moving a one bedroom set with all the pieces. I asked if that was it, if there were any other charges and they said no. I'm already in Florida so when they went to my NJ house to where my daughter is staying, the gentleman said there's no way and wanted to charge me $400 more. ... He said it was more than 300 sq. foot. ... I asked them to leave and we settled on $1,000 after they originally quoted me for $800. When they got down here I was missing my box spring. They broke my armoire in two places, I contacted the company and spoke to the manager numerous times, they were supposed to send me a link, they never sent me a link so I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
