Incredible Service

I recommend the Good Move USA guys to absolutely anybody moving around South Florida. Was nervous about hiring professional movers after all the stories you hear, but was amazed how incredible things went. Good Move USA was quick, efficient, and careful with things. At the same time though, also genuinely personable. While struggling with an expensive desk I had intended to move on my own, one of the guys came before I even said anything and we ended up chatting for a few minutes while waiting on elevators. I was shocked how genuine and personable he was. After he took great care of getting the desk in and taken care of perfectly (which was not an easy task by any means), I finally asked which location he worked out of so I could mention to the manager there how honestly appreciative of his work/personableness I was. Only to find out HE is the OWNER of Good Move USA! And here he is in the trenches working with his guys and just being an all-around good human being. I won't use another moving service as long as I am here. These guys blew me away with the service. Read more

They took great care and made a complicated move with three pick-up locations and the movement of a couple of extra items to another floor of our house simple.
