I can't say enough about how wonderful Wesley and his crew were in moving us to our new home. They arrived right on time, prepared our furniture and loaded the van quickly and efficiently. Most professional movers I've ever seen
I was impressed. They were moving antique furniture that had been in the family for a couple hundred years, they went through and as soon as they came in the door they marked down any damage that had already been done to house, like paint chips around the front door and bedroom door and any damage to the furniture and anything they saw they put a little sticker on the furniture, wrote it down on a list, and they had a crate for the mirror, made a crate for the glass top on the dresser -- it was expensive, but there was no damage to the house or the furniture when it was delivered -- I was impressed, I've never seen a group of people more professional than this one. The mattresses were wrapped, all the furniture was wrapped so the drawers wouldn't slide in and out, the antique secretary -- they put padding on the inside, put cardboard and more padding on the outside, shrink-wrapped the thing and when it rode from Knoxville, TN to Raleigh, NC it was between mattresses. Not one piece of glass was chipped, nothing. It was just like the day it was made. They have been in business for 125 years, they have the highest rating the BBB can give to any company and I would recommend them to anybody. You will not see a more professional group of people. They were so polite too. They were on-time, they were professional, they were neatly attired. The crew was as professional as the service I got. The customer service was fantastic too. I would call the office about a question I had, they would email a response right back or answer the question right away and if there was nobody there to answer they would take a message and call me back 10 minutes later.

I would like to applaud the services done by this moving company in helping me move to Covington, Georgia. The movers were highly prompt and on time. They were friendly and were eager to help and their pricing was on target. They damaged our door but they fixed it. The quoted price is hourly. Everything went smoothly. The guys were nice although I had to ask one of them to get off his cell phone a couple of times. Total move time was under 2 hours, and I paid for 1 hr of travel time. The move was pretty painless and went as well as could be expected. They paid attention to the labels (ie: top load or fragile) and nothing was damaged. I was not charged for materials that they used. Would use again.

Fast and friendly
I chose to pay more for three movers but really saved money in the long run. They didn't take a break and were careful with my household items. I was moving a large amount into a storage unit measuring 10x20. They fit everything into it floor to ceiling, I don't know they did it. In a few hours they did what most movers would do in a whole day. They joked and laughed the whole time making something stressful into fun. I sat on a chair watching them puzzle together my stuff into the storage unit with amazement. I will definitely be using Gouffon to move me out of storage to my home in FL.
