Very bad experience

It was a bad experience for me. The estimate they gave me was entirely different from the estimate they gave at the time of pick-up. I even requested them to send an on-site person to look at all the items I have and then give me an estimate but then they said it is not necessary. And the person who came to pick my stuff up gave a different estimate. I ended up paying double the amount they quoted initially. Irrespective of the number of items I listed, it was almost the same except for one or two boxes extra. Apart from that, I had exactly the same amount of items but I still ended up paying double the amount what they have quoted initially. They said they should be able to deliver in 5-10 days but then it took more than a month. They said like 14 business days. They don't respond properly - whenever I called them - they said it will take 14 business days. So I waited and then the response from them - they don't treat the customers well. Sarcastically saying "let's count the business days together. We picked the stuff up on August 1 - let's count." That's how they counted 14 business days. That is not the way you talk to the customers. When you call them asking for the status - like tomorrow is the 14th business day and I still don't have my stuff. Immediately, they say it is 21 business days. When I tried to reach them close to 21 business days, they said you know we are still waiting. No one called me and told me like it is 21 business days and we still cannot deliver your stuff as promised. It might take some more time. No one told me. No one gave me that information. I wanted to register a complaint. I have to do it this week. It was an unpleasant experience from the beginning. I didn't have a choice because the very next day I had to vacate my apartment.
