Damage to New House by Movers, Refuse ...
We have used GTFO on two occasions, overall the moves went well and we have recommended them to others who had good experiences. However, their ability to respond to damages to our new home after our most recent move (1/2023) has left a lot to be desired. Nearly eight months after the move and more than $1600 in damages to our house by the movers we have yet to receive a reimbursement from the company and they are no longer responsive to phone messages.Update: we did receive $800 back, but the CEO and staff no longer answer calls, their voicemail is full and one of their numbers has been disconnected.
