Nightmare movers

We have used this company twice. The first time they were okay. The second time was a nightmare. We hired them because they had a storage facility and we needed things stored for four days before we could close on our new place. They day of the move in,our items were delivered filthy dirty. Our new $6,800 mattress was completely ruined. It looked as if it fell of the truck and was dragged along the street. I contacted two different mattresses cleaning companies and they both said it was beyond repair. We still have three more years of payments on this mattress and it is ruined. In the past 15 years, I have moved many times and used many moving companies. I never bought any insurance, but I never lost anything during moving. I'm so disappointed with their service. This is my first and last dealing with them. I strongly suggest choosing other moving companies in the area.

I called them, and the woman who took my call responded like I was lying. Later the man who is in Charge, David, called and said they would do some investigation, and I didn't hear from them since then. A week later, I called again, the woman said they reported to police and David who knows the details would contact me. But he never called. I had to call them the third time after a week, this time the woman was very rude, she almost yelled at me. Of course they wouldn't pay anything because I didn't buy their insurance.
