The truck pulled up 20 minutes early they called once in morning letting me know what time they'd arrive they were not one minute late. Nothing could have been better. It happens. NEVER again.

The movers were supposed to arrive at 9 AM. They showed up at 11:45 AM with zero apologies. One of them looked half asleep and kept yawning the entire time. Instead of starting right away, they stood around drinking gas station energy drinks and scrolling on their phones. When they finally started moving things, they dragged my dresser across the floor, scratching it badly. My couch got a mystery stain on it during transit, and when I pointed it out, one guy just shrugged and said, It happens. NEVER again. Read more

I was already fuming from their slow, careless service, but the final straw? One of the movers straight-up asked, “So, what’s the tip looking like?” Are you serious? FMCSA knows about my experience! Stay ...

If you love moving companies who brag that they aren’t brokers on every email they send you, but the day laborers who show up to your house in an unmarked truck can’t even name the company they work for, this company is for you! If you love being told you have to pay twice the amount of YOUR BINDING ESTIMATE for a move out on the day of your move, with no justifiable reason, this company is for you! If you love a company that attempts to make you sign a BLANK INVOICE prior to even packing your stuff with a likely intent to scam you, this is the company for you! If you love a company whose owner, secretaries, sales people, and movers treat you with utter disrespect and ignore every single one of your questions, emails, and calls, this company is for you! If you love having your belongings HELD HOSTAGE in an unmarked truck whose drivers are demanding payment in full before they will even open the truck door, this company is for you! If you love being forced to pay only by Zelle or cash so that you have no consumer protection because you are being essentially extorted for YOUR POSSESSIONS unless you pay TWICE THE BINDING ESTIMATE for no reason! Again! This company is for you! Shout out to the (most likely) bots who work overtime to churn out 10+ reviews overnight of “satisfied customers”. Check Yelp, check the BBB complaints, and most importantly check with the DOT IOG and FMCSA about warning signs for moving scams. This company is going to be reported to both of these agencies, in addition to a few other agencies who I think would be interested to hear exactly how my experience went, supporting documents included. Working with this company in any capacity was the worst mistake of my life. Eran Toledo, since you wouldn’t speak to me on the phone when I asked several times to be connected with you so you could explain the 200% up charge myself and my husband were forced to pay without explanation, I hope you read this review! I will be posting my experience to every possible review site I can find, and my family members and myself will be discussing this experience on all social media platforms as well.
