If I could give this place 1 stars I would. This has to he the WORST company I have ever heard of. NEVER use these people. A close friend of mine was moving from new York to the Tampa area. They got a estimate from Pablo on 2/20 for $4174 for the entire move. That included wrapping their items, loading a truck, transferring the goods, and unloading at the new house. They were told they would build everything too upon arrival. The binding estimate of cost reflected this amount. Upon the day of the move 3/8 the men came and took an itemized list of everything as they loaded the truck. Once everything was on the truck they give them the final bill of sale and the total was $8294! They under estimate and then once everything is loaded and your unable to really do anything you are stuck paying what they tell you. It is disgusting and such a terrible way to do business. The truck they brought barely fit their belongings because of the under estimate. And they had to leave some stuff behind. The quote total square footage of the items was half of what the actual size was. To top that off, there was an issue even when the belongings were delivered. They were told the items were arriving monday, no show. They called saying they were comint tuesday between 2 and 5pm. Tuesday comes and no show. They they came wednesday and when they started unloading the truck half their items were missing. And after waiting for their items 2 straight days they were told if you aren't home when they arrive and you refuse delivery you get charged $1500! The sales guy complained when they questioned this issue that "you had too many items! Apparently they go to their warehouse and unload everything and then divey it up over smaller trucks. No one explained this to my friend. They were told all the items would ship the same way they were originally loaded. items were soaking wet because they must have done the switch to other trucks during the snow storm that we had locally. And they won't rebuild furniture because that would have required a gold package that would have costed even more!After finding out that the 2nd half the belongings were due the next day at 6am. 10pm that same night they get an email saying they were now coming 10am. The next morning 5am the drivers arrive and they were stuck outside the gated community calling my friends over and over. After being woken up early the movers were let in and the rest of the items arrived. mirror was broken during this 2nd half of the move. And the 2nd truck had other people's items on it! The men who physically did the move were great and poliet. They were apologetic and made sure they did all they could. But the sales people and the managers running this place are to blame. They are running a scam. They are unprofessional and horrific to deal with. STAY AWAY Read more

It Wasn't an UNpleasant Experience...

It wasn't an unpleasant experience, it was just a few things that happened with the move itself that I was told that things would be down here a certain date range and it ended up being delayed a couple days. A couple of the boxes that I had put together in there, two items were actually missing; I mean it was like brooms and stuff, it wasn't anything expensive or valuable, but a couple of boxes were crushed, couple things missing but the actual experience with the movers wasn't bad at all themselves, like they did their job quickly, they were professional, they were quiet. I didn't really have much issue with that, but the estimation was a little off on what they thought it was gonna be as far as the square footage, it ended up being another 350 sq. ft. for the actual move on what they originally thought. It was supposed to be based off pictures and stuff that I provided for their estimate. Read more

I moved on 11/23/16 from my home to an apt from Absecon Heights, NJ to Orlando, FL. I was told the movers would be there between 8-10,they were there at 8:30.
