Last summer, I hired Jackson movers. Their consultant took me through the process and I was relieved when the movers arrived right on schedule at my home. The crew was excellent in packing all fragile items. They seemed quite experienced at wrapping and packing. They used plastics and shrink tapes to protect my belongings. Though the price was not so low, I agreed because I was in a rush to move. Funny thing is that they ended up charging me 100 dollars less than the estimate. Jackson movers, however, provide four movers for the same price and it really adds pace to the move. I was very surprised seeing how efficiently these men worked during my move. They packed everything with great care and took really good care of my old pieces. The breakables were separately packed with layers of newspaper in between each piece. Fraud alert ?? ??

1) I was charged $743.74 more for alleged “extra space needed for 150cft” that wasn’t needed. I used to run dispatch for my truck driver friend on the weekends while in school. My stuff could easily fit in 300cft. I was charged for close to 800 cft. But my stuff was actually shoved into 300cft and I have pictures and video to show it 2) my furniture arrived completely beat up and destroyed 3) my furniture was indeed delivered by a company that wasn’t Jackson Movers,making the claim you’re NOT brokers a complete lie 4) was yelled at by billing person for trying to pay by calling/ emailing and texting 5) missed the 21-day mark and if I hadn’t been diligent about following up,wouldn’t have ever been on the schedule 6) rude movers who did not like me asking questions and huff and puff when I tell them where things go 7) completely destroyed my plants trying to park the truck and almost totaled my car 8) Demanded payment before even parking the truck These are my true observations and I’ll be leaving honest reviews in all platforms with my pictures. I would not choose your company even for junk removal. Not to mention I was told I’d have a weekend delivery with a 48-hour heads up and I was given less than 24hours notice from an unknown caller who said my delivery would be 3 to 5 the next day. They showed up at 5:12 and started ordering me to pay and lock my 2 small and friendly dogs in a restroom. Delivery people completely destroyed and textured my newly installed flooring and scratched and stained my newly painted walls. It isn’t a very long way we had to relocate to but I couldn’t possibly imagine taking on the responsibility of moving on my own. I hired Jackson Movers because they were recommended by a friend. They gave me a very reasonable quote and promised to take good care of my belongings. The crew of 4 men arrived 10 minutes late but I think they more than made up for it given how efficiently they worked.
