I moved my things about a month ago. We used them to move several boxes within Washington. So there really wasn't much to do. But we had a nice experience as the staff was very nice and courteous. They were also very competent and quick. They delivered all our boxes without any issues.

Will not recommend to anybody
The owner of the company is very unprofessional while the crew are very good. There was a huge communication gap between me and the owner - I always kept calling him and was repeatedly asking him about certain things while he was always on the go and kept forgetting them.

Mover was a no-show
This moving company was perhaps the worst I have ever dealt with. Moving is already a stressful experience and this mover made it much worse by choosing not to show up on the moving date we had agreed upon. I confirmed with him a few days prior to the move and then a few hours before he was supposed to come he told me that he went out of business and would not be able to move me. It was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen.
