Here is what happened: you decide if ...

Incomplete move. 26 items left behind: Damaged beds, bookshelves, chairs, mattresses and televisions. Found bag of marijuana in old residence left by the movers. JBJ assured me all workers are licensed and JBJ employees-one worker(David) is neither. Move promised for 7 hours,1 trip =$948, Movers arrive hour late and change to 9 hours =$1025. Move takes 15 hours (finish at 2:30am), 2 trips = $1350. $100 deposit on move not applied to moving total. In the middle of the move (on drive to new home) JBJ informs me that they will stop move – put all my belongings into storage and penalize me additional days for the truck – until I pay cash unless I pay. Avoid this company like the plague

I was scheduled for a 9a local move. Just a wash/dryer and a fridge. I called at 9 asking if they were on their way. Adam answered stating his guys didn't show up so it would be a bit later. 2 hours later I called again and he stated it would have to be around 2p. No show at 2 so called and learned that the people they were moving were "still packing" as thy loaded so it would be about 3-4 3 came I called and learned that it was a bigger job than they expected and it would be more like 4-5. At this point you are wondering why I kept thinking why I thought they would show. I called around 5 and it would be "another 30 min". IT is now past 7p and no show. I finally scheduled with another group for Monday but now will have to take a day off work that I really don't want to do. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Read more
