We used these movers for a move on 11/20/16. We DO NOT recommend. I informed them when I inquired about their services that I had to be finished moving into my new home by noon as this was required by the management. We were assured this wouldn't be a problem and that they would arrive at 8:45 on Sunday 11/20/2016. They movers didn't arrive until after 9:30. I was immediately concerned that we wouldn't get this done in time and we didn't, we didn't leave to go to our new place until noon when we should have been done by noon. After this, multiple things were damaged. Our leather couch which is a year old was damaged in TEN different locations. They also destroyed a lamp. At the end of the move when it was time to pay them I tried to reach the owner. He wouldn't answer me so I had his employee call from his phone, SURPRISE he answered that time. I expected to be compensated for these damages to which the owner wasn't interested. I told him I wouldn't be paying until we could come to a mutual resolution, to which he responded "If you don't pay your bill I will show up at your home and then you will have some real problems". I took this as a threat and immediately demanded his employees leave and I ended the call. I ended up having to have security remove them from the building as they wouldn't leave my floor or stop knocking on my door. DO NOT under any circumstances use these movers. Please save yourself from the hassle and headache that they caused me.

They were very efficient getting ...
They were very efficient getting things out, I live on the 3rd floor, they did very well with that. Nothing was damaged. The only thing, it did take a little longer than I thought it would. I took longer to move me out than it took to move me in.

I'm happy with the service
Well we had 3 locations to move from. We moved from a house and 2 storage units all into one house. It was a pretty smooth move. No [we didn't get any packing services] everything was already ready. Well you know what, there was something damaged but I cannot honestly 100% say that they damaged it, so I did not make any type of fuss about it because I did not witness it happen. I would say I was pretty satisfied ...
He was very eager to answer my questions and did what he could to stay in contact with me. [The pricing] was very reasonable. The only concern I had was that, they started someone before me because someone told them wrong information--basically put my move off several hours because of it. That was the only concern I had with them.
