A really underhanded business

I had a high end monitor and it was in perfect condition. Never touched after it was sitting on my desk new from box. After the move the monitor had scratches and grooves all over the screen. The claim got denied because "scraches were normal wear and tear pre move". It was a total underhanded response to deny a claim. Don't use this company. If anything happens to your stuff the extra insurance means abosoloutely nothing and I'm stuck with a worthless monitor that I will have to replace. Avoid at all costs! Read more
