DO NOT BOOK! They never showed up

DO NOT USE THEM!! I booked 18 days ahead with and the receptionist never sent my confirmation after I asked her to. She gave me an exact quote, her name, she even took down my email address, name, phone number, credit card info and Groupon info. Once the moving day came the movers never showed up. I called them for an hour and a half every ten minutes and they never picked up or returned my call. When they finally returned a call they returned my husband’s one missed call as opposed to my seven missed calls. The same receptionist couldn’t find any of our information and said we never booked. Even asked for the confirmation number she never sent and who we spoke to. Finally when they did call ME back, I described in great detail what happened on the booking call. She said she VAGUELY remembered and mistakenly didn’t put us on the movers’ schedule. They still never sent movers! We had to ordered a UHaul and attempt to move ourselves. Do NOT use K and T Movers

Do not use them! Read the 1 star reviews on yelp and google, you will see a pattern. These movers are careless with items, will toss around boxes marked fragile and after damaging items you will never get ahold of their office staff to get the items repaired or replaced. They don't return phone calls or emails and will ignore you. Don't make the same mistake I did, use another company! Read more

They were very good. They did well. They were fast and efficient. They kept their promise on their pricing. I'll be using them again if I ever need to for sure. Read more
